Where can I find the rental voucher?

When the booking is confirmed you will be sent an email and a link is provided for you to click on and see / print your rental voucher.

I did not receive my voucher, how can I obtain the voucher?

Please visit information in the My Booking section and view a printable copy of the voucher.

What is the name of the car rental suppliers that will provide me with the vehicle?

This can be found once the booking is confirmed and is provided on the voucher.

What do I need to pick-up my car?

Upon collection of your vehicle the lead driver must produce their Simple4car car rental voucher, a valid credit card, passport and their driving licence.

Can I cancel a reservation?

You are able to cancel your booking if it was originally made on the website. Please visit My booking section on the home page of our website to cancel a booking. 

What if my flight is delayed?

It is extremely important that you provide us with your flight number if you are collecting your vehicle from an airport. In the event that your flight is delayed our car rental partner will wait for you to arrive, although this may incur an out of hours charge payable locally.

What do I do if I have an accident?

In the event of an accident or any mechanical difficulties involving your car, it is important that details are reported to our local car rental partner within 24 hours. 
In the event of an accident you must also complete an accident report form by the end of the rental period. Local police should also be notified in the case of accidents and a signed police report obtained. Full details of third parties should also be obtained. 
Our local car rental partner must give authority to repair or replace a vehicle. Their name and contact details are shown on your voucher and rental agreement. 
You should retain copies of all rental documentation in the event an insurance company is involved. Your insurance cover may be invalidated if this procedure is not followed correctly and this may prejudice any claim for compensation. 
A check-in form must be signed on return of the vehicle. Failure to do so may delay the investigation of disputes regarding damage excess charges.

Where do I pick up my vehicle?

The address of your car rental supplier will be clearly stated on your voucher. If you are collecting the vehicle at an Airport location it will clearly show whether the rental provider is in the terminal or not. Some Rental providers offer a meet and greet service and this information will be clearly stated on your rental voucher. If you are having trouble finding the rental agent location then you can call your car rental supplier at the number provided on your rental voucher.

Where can I find the information about the payment details?

Throughout the booking process on Step 3.Payment you will see “Summary of Charges” showing how much is the total price of the rental and how much is payable at the time of booking. Also a confirmation email with payment confirmation is sent specifying how much is paid.
